Some companies are so paranoid about their group health insurance rates going up they would throw that application out. I would "forget" that you have diabetes for a minute. Is that fraud? In a way... Is it any worse than discriminating against race, sex, age or health status though?
What happened with selling cars?

Actually I think its an affirmative action thing.
And its getting really stressful. Too many hours for not enough money. And no guarantees.

well for highly structured environments like the call center hell that I endured in my 20s, it means you get accommodations based on it. Like extra breaks for checking your blood sugar or injecting your insulin, etc.
